Applications for the Roadway Worker Memorial Scholarship Deadline Extended to February 24, 2017

The Foundation is currently accepting applications for the 2017 Roadway Worker Memorial Scholarship. Scholarships provide financial assistance for post-high school education to dependents (children and spouses) of roadway workers killed or permanently disabled in roadway work zones. 

Scholarships have a value of up to $5,000. Applicants who demonstrate a strong commitment to volunteerism may be eligible to receive an additional $1,000 in honor of Chuck Bailey, an esteemed member of the roadway safety industry who passed away in June 2002. 
Encourage eligible candidates to apply now - the deadline for applications is February 24, 2017.

The Foundation Offers Experience Camp Travel Scholarships for Children in August

The Foundation offers Experience Camp Travel Scholarships for children of roadway workers who have been killed in work zones. The August Experience Camps offer week-long opportunities for children to laugh, cry, play, create and remember the person who died--or forget the grief that weighs them down.
